1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website, its apps and any service we offer through them. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and the law of your country must allow you to view adult content. The site is not for minors. We may ask you to confirm your age and we may close an account that we believe belongs to a minor.
3. What we are
We run an online directory. Advertisers publish listings and visitors find them. We do not employ, represent or manage the people who appear in listings, we are not an agency, and we are not a party to any arrangement between a visitor and an advertiser. What happens after two people get in touch is between them.
4. Advertisers
If you publish a listing you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 and the person in every photo and video is at least 18;
- the texts and media are yours or you have the right to use them, and they show the person who offers the service;
- the listing is accurate and does not offer anything illegal where you work, and does not involve coercion, trafficking or exploitation of anyone;
- you will keep your contact details up to date.
We review listings before and after they appear. We may refuse, hide or remove a listing or close an account at any time, for example when a rule is broken, when we cannot verify the information, or when the law requires it. A listing that is removed for breaking these terms is not refunded.
5. Members and visitors
Do not harass, threaten or deceive anyone. Do not use the site to find, contact or harm a minor. Do not copy, scrape or resell listings, and do not use the site to send unsolicited advertising. Reviews must describe your own real experience and must not contain private information about other people.
6. Payments
Paid products, such as a promotion or a subscription, are described with their price before you pay. Payments are handled by the payment providers we show at checkout. A payment can be refunded only where the product page says so or the law requires it.
7. Your content
You keep the rights to what you upload. You give us a non-exclusive licence to store, resize, translate and show it on the site and in its apps for as long as it is published, so that we can run the service. We may translate your text automatically; the original text is always yours and is what you edit.
8. No guarantee
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or interruptions, and we do not check every statement in a listing. Use your own judgement and follow the law where you are.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for what advertisers or visitors do, for loss that follows from using the site, or for content added by other people. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Changes and contact
We may change these terms. The date of the latest change is shown in the page history; if you keep using the site after a change you accept the new terms. Questions about these terms: use the contact page.
